Abstract. this article explores the methodology of using modern technologies to teach technical movements to freestyle wrestlers during the initial preparation phase. The use of video analysis, simulators, and artificial intelligence in training is aimed at improving athletes' technical skills. The research results confirmed the effectiveness of this approach, highlighting its importance in correcting technical errors and increasing athletes' engagement in training. Recommendations emphasize the need for coaches to widely adopt innovative approaches and individualize the training process.
