Abstract. this article examines the role of athletics in developing the physical qualities of 1st-4th grade students with disabilities. It explores the significance of athletics in physical development and the pedagogical approaches to organizing training sessions. Experimental results demonstrate that individualized exercise adaptations and consideration of students' physical capabilities lead to significant improvements in endurance, speed, strength, and coordination. The research confirms that athletics training enhances students' physical qualities and emotional well-being
