Abstract. Ushbu maqolada stressni kamaytirishning samarali usuli sifatida jismoniy mashqlarga diqqat qaratilgan. Stress zamonaviy hayotda keng tarqalgan va jismoniy salomatlikka ta’sir ko‘rsatadigan omillardan biridir. Maqolada turli jismoniy mashqlar, ular yordamida stressni boshqarish va yaxshilash mumkin bo‘lgan ruhiy holat haqida ilmiy tadqiqotlar va amaliy misollar keltirilgan. Jismoniy faollikning inson organizmiga qanday ta’sir qilishini va turli yosh guruhlari uchun mos mashqlarni ko‘rib chiqish orqali stressni kamaytirishning samarali metodlari tahlil qilinadi
