Abstract. this article discusses the technology of developing technical movements of freestyle wrestlers. The research analyzes the methodological approaches, innovative technologies, and practical training methods used in the process of teaching and improving the technical aspects of wrestling. Special attention is given to considering the individual characteristics of athletes and effective methods for developing technical skills. Training emphasizes the use of video analysis, virtual simulations, and the creation of real combat conditions to identify and correct technical errors, as well as to help athletes achieve their goals. The findings of the study confirm the effectiveness of applying new technologies and methodologies in the development of technical movements in freestyle wrestling
